 ANGER THE WORLDS ANGER IS LIKE A HUGE FOREST FIRE PEOPLE ROB RAPE KILL LOOT SPREADING LIKE FIRE FLAMES FLICKERING LICKING WOUNDS ON SOULS WHO ARE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, ANGER IS POISON LEAKING INTO OUR WATERS OUR SOULS OUR DAILY LIFE, WE DRINK IT DAILY BECAUSE WE ARE NOT AWARE OF THE EFFECTS. ANGER WE YELL SCREAM TYPE SPREADING LIES TRUTH UNKNOWNS SIGHTS WE SEE SIGNS OF THE TIME WE ARE DOWNWARD SPIRAL TO OUR OWN DEATHS. ANGER WE DONT CARE WHO WHAT WHERE HOW WE HURT , USING DRUGS TO DAMPEN OUR SOULS ONLY WEARS OFF BUT FLAMES COME ALIVE ONCE AGAIN. ANGER WE KEEP LANGUAGE FILTHY WE DEMORALIZE OURSELVES FOR PAIN. ANGER PAIN DEATH BLOOD WE NOT CARE WE KEEP SPREADING THE FIRE NO MATTER HOW THE MEDIA TRY TO KEEP US DOWN, SHUT US UP KEEP US IN OUR ROOMS, HOMES, SHELTERS WE STILL HAVE ANGER.....ANGER WE MAKE IT KEEP ALIVE NEVER DYING NEVERENDING PAIN, WE KEEP ANGER FLICKERING LIKE OUR OWN LIGHTS WILL DIM OUT BUT OUR ANGER NEVER SLEEPS NEVER REST NEVER STOP WE KEEP SCREAMING ROBBING ...

  Deaf Access and mental health Deaf struggles Many deaf people struggle to make ends meet but they are hardworking when find their right job skills. During COVID, many deaf had struggled with mask issues, why? Because many of them rely on reading lips. Fortunately, I used my phone to type out for communication, I had no problem. We all faced obstacles to deal with everyday task. Now we are still Under a pandemic but less restriction, no mask , also whether to get vaccine or not, I still bring mask just in case , still wear it for bus ride to and from my destination. How did I cope? I took one day at a time and kept routine, communication with friends via social media, FaceTime, Zoom , mostly text, email. Journaling , video, YouTube, any access to get out your emotions is bes for your health, next topic is Depression, and Covid, how can we have better access to reduce cost for mental health access.
